I would like to sincerely congratulate you on the opening of the fifteenth anniversary run of the Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival.

Unique in its aesthetics and stunningly rich content-wise, the Spasskaya Tower Military Tattoo has rightfully secured its status as a globally important humanitarian project.

I would like to point out that year over year, the Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival has been encouraging the development of national military bands’ marching traditions, making a priceless contribution to the patriotic and responsible upbringing of the youth and nourishing respect towards Russian glorious military history and the musical art of peoples around the world.

I am sure that the Spasskaya Tower International Military Tattoo will carry on promoting the image of the Russian Armed Forces and serve as a credible role-model of Russia’s openness and readiness to both military and cultural international cooperation.

I wish all the Festival participants and organizers artistic success, inspiration, and good luck, as well as overwhelming emotions for all the audiences and guests.
